What is the value of the expression? −34+(110÷25)

First, since you are using the order of operations (PEMDAS), you would start in the parenthesis. 
-34 + (110 ÷ 25)
-34 + 4.4

Now, you just add the two numbers. 
-34 + 4.4 = -29.6

-34 + (110 ÷ 25) = -29.6
